Charles holds a Master Grande Ecole from HEC Paris and a Master in Public Policy from Georgetown University. He completed his undergraduate degree in European Studies at King’s College London. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, Charles conducted economic research at the World Bank on disaster risk management, supporting African countries to assess exposure to hazards. He was also a teaching assistant in econometrics at Georgetown and worked in the investment team of EDF where he was involved in the structuring of energy projects in Africa and Southeast Asia. Charles is a member of the investment advisory team and is based in the Dakar office.
