Charles holds a Master Grande Ecole from HEC Paris and a Master in Public Policy from Georgetown University. He completed his Bachelor in Art & Humanities at King’s College London. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, Charles was a teaching assistant in econometrics at Georgetown and conducted economic research at the World Bank on disaster risk management, supporting African countries to assess exposure to hazards. He has experience with the firm’s Dakar team, structuring renewable energy projects in West Africa. Charles was named by the President of Ecuador as an honorific Ambassador of Ecuador in France for services rendered during the Covid-19 pandemic. Charles is a member of the investment advisory team and is based in the Bogota office.
