Fredrick Toohey

Fredrick leads CrossBoundary’s investment advisory practice in Iraq. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, he worked in emerging market venture capital with Mercy Corps Ventures, and in M&A advisory with Clifftop Colony Capital Partners in South Africa. Fredrick began his career as an economist at the Peterson Institute for International Economics. He holds an MA in international economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Swarthmore College.
