Hendrik Pelser

Hendrik has over 10 years of project finance experience and provides financial modeling and financial structuring support to clients. Hendrik advises governments on the structuring of bankable procurement programs for new renewable energy projects. He develops bankable financial models from first principles for various clients in various stages of the development cycle and is currently supporting the Government of Malawi as a transaction advisor in their development of the 350 MW Mpatamanga Hydropower PPP. Hendrik holds a BSc degree from the University of Pretoria in Actuarial and Financial Mathematics, is a CFA charter holder, and is a certified Advanced Financial Modeller (AFM).
