Igor Pavlov

Igor is a member of the investment advisory team and is based in CrossBoundary’s Chisinau office. Igor holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from Cass Business School (London) and a BSc in Business Administration from AESM (Chisinau). Prior to joining CrossBoundary, Igor spent two years at Jefferies in London, where he advised clients ranging from fast-growing biotech companies to large pharma corporations on their M&A and financing strategies. Igor’s other work experience was at DealGlobe in London, where he focused on transactions across various sectors focused on China’s cross-border M&A and capital raising.
