Jane Nduati

Jane Nduati is currently Legal Counsel in the Nairobi office. Before joining CrossBoundary, Jane served as an Associate at both Anjarwalla & Khanna LLP and DLA Piper Africa – Kenya. During her time in the Projects & Infrastructure practice group at these firms, Jane developed a strong understanding of the complexities of cross-border transactions, allowing her to provide insightful advice to clients on various matters. Jane’s expertise includes carrying out legal due diligence exercises, drafting and reviewing agreements, with particular focus on power purchase agreements, EPC and O&M contracts, and financing agreements. She has a keen eye for detail and is skilled at ensuring that legal agreements are comprehensive, effective and in compliance with relevant regulations.
