Kathleen Jean-Pierre

Kathleen is CrossBoundary Energy’s Chief Operating Officer. She directs company strategy and oversees daily operations including business analytics, information technology, corporate compliance, ESG, and regulatory affairs from the company’s Nairobi office. Kathleen graduated from Princeton University’s School of Public & International Affairs, where she published research on wind and solar policies in India. Prior to CrossBoundary, Kathleen worked at SunEdison as a commercial solar project developer. She was also a consultant at Dalberg Global Development Advisors. Kathleen is an Advisory Board Member for the Africa Solar Industry Association (AFSIA) and a Distinguished Alumna of the Clean Energy Leadership Institute (CELI).
