Kymberly Bays

Kymberly Bays leads CrossBoundary Group’s global communications. She holds an MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Political Science from Temple University (Philadelphia, PA). Prior to joining CrossBoundary, Kymberly led a communications and innovation portfolio with the United Nations Development Programme, based in Juba, South Sudan. She has experience providing diverse communications support on assignments to Chad, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Senegal, and the UNDP Regional Bureau for Africa in New York City. Originally from San Diego, California, Kymberly was previously the Digital Director for FWD.us, a non-partisan political advocacy organization based in San Francisco and Washington, D.C.
