Lesley Reddy is a member of the CrossBoundary Advisory team based in Johannesburg. She is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, Ms. Reddy was a Relationship Manager within HSBC’s Global Banking division in Johannesburg where she was responsible for managing the delivery of HSBC’s full investment and commercial banking services to a portfolio of JSE listed corporate clients across various sectors including mining, energy, industrials, and real estate. Her work as a Relationship Manager built on her previous experience at HSBC as a Credit Analyst. Ms. Reddy began her career at Standard Bank South Africa as a Country Risk Analyst, where she was responsible for assessing jurisdictional risk as well as sovereign creditworthiness for countries in sub-Saharan Africa, West Africa, and Emerging Asia.
