Modi Kutua

Modi is a member of the Investment Advisory team. Modi holds an MBA from the University of Oxford – Said Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management from the University of Cape Town, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Cape Town. Before joining CrossBoundary, Modi worked in the Africa Coverage team at British International Investment in London, where he assisted with due diligence and insights for Southern African investments. Prior to that, Modi worked as a Private Markets Investment Specialist at Alexander Forbes in Johannesburg, a Senior Africa Private Equity Analyst at RisCura in Cape Town, and a Business Development Manager at Allan Gray in Johannesburg. Modi’s experience includes both listed and unlisted investments, with responsibilities covering research, investment analysis, and business development across Africa.
