Tozama is a legal secretary with more than ten years of experience. In 2004, Tozama was sworn in as a Transcriber of the High Court, which allows her to transcribe meetings and court procedures. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, Tozama was a Senior Commercial Secretary for Energy and Infrastructure Heads of Africa at various international law firms based in Johannesburg, South Africa, such as Dewey & LeBeouf LLP, Baker McKenzie LLP, and Hogan Lovells International. Throughout Tozama’s career, she has also assisted project finance, banking, and mining teams. Tozama is a member of the legal team and is based in the CrossBoundary Johannesburg office.
